Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
BonusBench is a business tool that helps CRM and marketing teams at gaming operators track and benchmark publicly advertised promotions. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use BonusBench, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email address Google shares with us. We never receive your Google password.
- Workspace data: the markets, competitors, promotions, benchmarks and Promo Builder inputs and outputs you create or save.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as the pages you visit, feature usage counts (for example Promo Builder runs, which we use to apply plan limits), and error logs.
- Billing data: BonusBench is currently free and we do not collect payment details. If we introduce paid plans, payment will be handled by a payment provider and we will receive confirmation of your plan and status, not your full card details.
The promotion information in BonusBench (offers, wagering requirements, terms) is collected from publicly available operator websites. It is not personal data about you or other individuals.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To provide the product: store your workspace, run benchmarks and generate Promo Builder drafts.
- To apply plan limits, handle billing and provide support.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse and improve BonusBench.
- To send account and billing emails (for example sign-in links, receipts and plan changes).
- To send the weekly market recap and product news, only if you opt in at sign-up or in your account settings. You can opt out there or with the link in any of these emails.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Retention
We keep your account and workspace data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or Canadian privacy law) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@bonusbench.io.
7. International transfers and security
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.
8. Age
BonusBench is a business tool for adults working in the gaming industry and is not intended for anyone under 18. It does not offer gambling.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions or requests: privacy@bonusbench.io.
