Terms of Service

1. The service

BonusBench is a software tool that records publicly advertised gaming promotions, lets you benchmark offers and helps you draft promotion terms and briefs. It is intended for professional use by people working at or with licensed gaming operators. It does not offer gambling and is not available to anyone under 18.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share an account between people unless your plan allows it.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy or resell the BonusBench dataset, or redistribute it to third parties, without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service or access other users' data.
• Do not use BonusBench to break the law or any regulator's rules.
• Do not enter personal data about your own customers into Promo Builder.
• Do not use bots or other automated means to create accounts, or to get around usage limits.
• Promotions you add to your own workspace are private drafts. Only BonusBench publishes to the shared benchmark library.

4. Data accuracy and no advice

Promotion data is collected from public operator pages and may be incomplete, out of date or wrongly interpreted. Scores, benchmarks and summaries are our judgement and are provided for information only.

Promo Builder output is generated with AI and is a draft. It is not legal or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for checking that any promotion, terms or marketing you publish complies with the laws, licence conditions and advertising rules that apply to you, and for getting your own legal and compliance review.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter and create in your workspace. You give us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service. BonusBench and its dataset, software and branding remain ours.

6. Plans and payment

Every account is on the Free plan, which has usage limits: for example a set number of Promotion Wizard drafts a month and full promotion details (terms and page screenshots) for a set number of promotions a week. Current limits are shown on the Pricing page and in your account.

Paid plans (Pro and Max) are not on sale yet. When they are, you will only be charged if you choose to subscribe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We will tell you before any change that reduces what your plan includes.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep BonusBench available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

BonusBench is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any regulatory fine or action arising from promotions you run. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using BonusBench and ask us to delete your account at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends, but sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and liability) will continue to apply.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continuing to use BonusBench means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@bonusbench.io.
