Questions
- What counts as a full-detail view on Free?
- Opening the full terms and page screenshots of one promotion. Free includes 15 a week. Reopening a promotion you've already unlocked that week doesn't count again. Values, wagering, dates and scores are always visible for every promotion.
- When do limits reset?
- Full-detail views reset every Monday and Promotion Wizard drafts on the 1st of each month (both UTC).
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices exclude VAT. Business customers in the EU can add a VAT number at checkout.
